Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026

We built KitsKit to help you create, not to sell your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at creatorosglobal@gmail.com.

Account details you give us

When you sign up we collect the basics, such as your name, email address, and password, or the account details from Google or Apple sign in. If you edit your profile, we keep the details you choose to share, like your display name and avatar.

Content and Creator Brain

Your drafts, posts, hooks, calendar entries, and Creator Brain answers are saved to your account so you can come back to them. We process this material to run features like Generate, My Content, hooks, and the AI agent. Please do not put sensitive personal data about other people into the app unless you have the right to do so.

Device and technical data

We collect routine technical details, such as your device type, the app version, and push notification tokens if you turn on alerts. This helps the app run on your phone and lets us look into problems.

Usage and analytics

To learn which features help creators and to make KitsKit better, we record activity in the app, such as the screens you view and the actions you take, for example generating or refining content. We use this to guide product decisions, not to sell your activity.

Diagnostics and reliability

When something goes wrong, we may record error and diagnostic information so we can find and fix bugs and crashes. We try to keep this to what we need to keep the app stable.

Subscriptions and payment details

Paid plans are bought through the Apple App Store. Apple handles the payment, so we never see or store your full card details. We do receive and store your subscription status, such as the plan you hold, whether you are on a trial, and your renewal or expiry dates, so we can unlock the right features and keep your access in sync.

How we use your information

We use your data to sign you in, sync your work across sessions, improve AI suggestions, send the notifications you turn on, manage subscriptions, and keep the service secure. We do not use your private drafts to train public models for unrelated products without telling you first.

Service providers and AI

We use a few trusted providers to run KitsKit, including hosting and storage, AI generation and refinement, analytics, payment status, and email or push delivery. When you generate or refine content, the prompt and the context it needs may be sent to AI providers that help complete your request. We share only what is needed and require these providers to protect your data under their agreements with us.

Where your data is kept

Your account details and content are kept on secure cloud servers run by us and our hosting providers. Because some providers operate in other countries, your information may be handled outside the country where you live. We take steps to keep it protected wherever it is handled.

How we protect your data

We use sensible technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypting the traffic between the app and our servers with HTTPS. No way of storing or sending data is ever perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

How long we keep data

We keep your account details and content while your account is active. When you delete content in the app, it is removed from your library. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, apart from limited records we have to keep for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time by emailing creatorosglobal@gmail.com. Once we confirm the request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, apart from limited records we must keep for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers that help us run KitsKit, such as hosting, analytics, AI, payments, and email, when the law requires it, or to protect users and the service. They may only use your data to do work for us.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile in the app, turn notifications off in settings, and sign out on any device. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us at creatorosglobal@gmail.com and we will help.

Children and child safety

KitsKit is not aimed at children under 13, or the minimum age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we close any account we find below that age. Child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited. We remove such content, permanently close the accounts behind it, and report it to the authorities and to NCMEC. See our full Child Safety Standards below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as KitsKit grows. When we make an important change, we will update the date above and, where it makes sense, tell you in the app or by email. Using KitsKit after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of Use

Last updated June 2026

KitsKit helps you plan, write, and refine content with AI. The app is run by the KitsKit team, and in these terms we call ourselves KitsKit, we, or us. When you create an account or use the app, you agree to these Terms of Use, which also serve as the end user license agreement (EULA) for the app. If anything here does not work for you, please do not use KitsKit.

Who can use KitsKit

You need to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your country, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use KitsKit for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for the email and password on your account, or for keeping your Google or Apple sign in secure. Please use accurate details when you sign up. Do not share your login or use someone else's account without permission.

Your license to use KitsKit

We give you a personal license to use the KitsKit app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Media Services Terms and these terms. The license is just for you, it cannot be passed to anyone else, and we can withdraw it if you break these terms. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app itself.

Using KitsKit fairly

Use KitsKit for lawful, creative work. Do not use it to spam, harass, spread misinformation, infringe copyright, or create content that breaks the rules of the platforms where you publish. Do not try to break, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.

Child safety

Child sexual abuse and exploitation is strictly prohibited on KitsKit, with no exceptions. You may not use KitsKit to create, generate, prompt for, refine, store, or share any material that sexualises a minor, including fictional or AI-generated material, and you may not use it to groom, solicit, or exploit a minor. Accounts that breach this are permanently closed and reported. See our full Child Safety Standards below.

Content created with AI

KitsKit uses AI to suggest drafts, hooks, captions, and edits. AI can get things wrong, be out of date, or be inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you post or publish it. KitsKit does not promise any reach, revenue, or results from the content you make in the app.

Your content

You own the content you create. So the app can work, you allow KitsKit to store, process, and show your content inside the app, for example in My Content, Creator Brain, and the AI agent. This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from limited records we keep for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Our intellectual property

The KitsKit app, its name, logo, design, and software belong to KitsKit and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any of those rights beyond the limited license described above.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

KitsKit offers optional subscriptions, Kits Pro and Kits Pro+, billed once a month. The plan name, its length of one month, and its price are shown on the subscription screen before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Each subscription renews on its own for another month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current month ends. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the month ends.

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers may get a free trial of three days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it turns into a paid monthly subscription at the price shown. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused trial time is lost.

Managing, cancelling, and restoring

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen to bring back an active subscription on a new device or after you reinstall the app.

Refunds

Apple handles all purchases, so refunds follow Apple's policies. You can ask for a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We usually cannot give refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep KitsKit reliable, but the app can change, pause, or go offline for maintenance. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we will tell you in the app or by email where it makes sense, and using KitsKit after that means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can sign out whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk. If you have questions about closing your account or deleting your data, email us at creatorosglobal@gmail.com.

Disclaimers and liability

KitsKit is provided as is and as available, with no warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, KitsKit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that comes from using the app or from publishing AI suggestions you chose to use.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws that apply where the operator is based. If the consumer protection laws in your country give you stronger rights, those rights still apply.

Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Last updated 6 August 2026

Applies to the KitsKit mobile app. KitsKit is an AI assistant that helps individual creators plan, write, and refine their own content. These standards set out our absolute prohibition on child sexual abuse and exploitation, how anyone can report a concern to us, and how we respond. They apply to every person who uses KitsKit, to everything created with it, and to every part of our service.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strictly and permanently prohibited on KitsKit. There are no exceptions to this rule, and it applies regardless of intent, context, or claimed artistic, satirical, educational, or research purpose.

Specifically, you may not use KitsKit to create, generate, request, prompt for, refine, store, upload, or share:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any text, image, video, or audio that depicts, describes, or sexualises a minor. This includes wholly fictional, illustrated, animated, or AI-generated material.
  • Any sexualised depiction or description of a minor, or content that presents a minor as an object of sexual interest.
  • Content that grooms, solicits, sextorts, or sexually harasses a minor, or that helps someone else do so, including scripts, messages, or outreach copy written for that purpose.
  • Content that facilitates child trafficking, child sexual tourism, or any other form of child sexual exploitation.
  • Content that normalises, promotes, glorifies, trivialises, or provides instruction in the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
  • Any attempt to circumvent, jailbreak, or manipulate our AI features in order to produce any of the material described above.

A minor means any person under the age of 18, regardless of the age of majority or age of sexual consent in any particular jurisdiction.

KitsKit is not for children

KitsKit is intended for adults and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that age is higher, to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we close that account and delete the associated data.

How to report a concern

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, whether or not they use KitsKit. You do not need an account to contact us, and reports are reviewed by our team, not by an automated system alone.

  • From inside the app: open Settings and use the support option to message our team directly.
  • By email: write to creatorosglobal@gmail.com with the subject line "Child safety report". Please include as much detail as you can, such as the account involved, the content in question, and when you saw it.

Please do not attach, forward, or resend suspected child sexual abuse material to us. Describe it instead. Reproducing that material is itself unlawful in most jurisdictions.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first.

How we respond

We treat every child safety report as our highest priority and act on it as quickly as we reasonably can. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM connected to KitsKit, we:

  • remove the content from our service;
  • immediately suspend and then permanently terminate the account or accounts responsible, and block the people behind them from creating new accounts;
  • preserve the relevant evidence and account records as required by law, so that investigators can act on them;
  • report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement or competent authority in the applicable jurisdiction; and
  • cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection authorities.

Prevention

KitsKit is a single-user creation tool. It has no public feed, no social profiles, no user-to-user messaging, and no way for one person to contact another through the app, which removes the most common channels through which children are approached and harmed online. Our AI content features are built on a third-party model provider whose own safety systems filter sexual content involving minors at the point of generation, and we act on every report we receive.

Legal compliance

We comply with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where KitsKit is available, including obligations to report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities. We also comply with the child safety requirements of the app stores that distribute KitsKit, including the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Child safety point of contact

We maintain a designated point of contact for child safety matters, including notifications from Google Play and from law enforcement. This contact can speak to our enforcement and review procedures and can take action where needed.
